What do we do?
Topographical plan
- Topographic surveying and production of topographic plans in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No 281 "Regulations on High-Detail Topographic Information and its Central Database" and binding regulations of local municipalities;
- Topographic surveying is the precise surveying of the surface situation, objects and underground engineering networks, as well as the preparation and processing of this information, coordination with the holders of engineering utilities and registration in the municipal database;
- A topographic plan is necessary for the design of various objects or utilities (buildings, streets, roads, squares, water supply, sewerage, electricity, communication cables or other utility connections);
- On the basis of the topographic plan, designs of the object to or engineering networks are to be constructed.
Execution survey plan
- Execution survey plan is a plan showing the location of a structure or utility in the terrain according to the design;
- Execution survey is the topographical information about a structure or a utility service obtained during its construction. The topographic information obtained during the execution of the survey shall be used to represent only the object which has been constructed and is planned to be put into operation. If the building is to be commissioned, a vertical survey (plinth and roof ridge heights) shall also be carried out;
- The performance measurement shall be carried out for the submission of the construction documentation to the Construction Board and for the commissioning of the site.
Engineering surveying and other services
- Marking of points;
- Installation of rappers (height markers);
- Installation and surveying of geodetic support networks;
- Construction alignment;
- Building control measurements;
- Location of anchor bolts;
- Verticality checks of columns;
- Crane track inspection;
- Leveling of construction elements and ground surface;
- Determination of deformations of buildings and structures (monitoring);
- Existing situation survey;
- Preparation of executive documents and raw data with on-site surveys;
- Calculation of quarrying volumes.
Now we also do photogrammetry/aerial photography!
Use of an unmanned aerial vehicle (drone) for a variety of operational tasks:
- High-resolution orthophotos.
- Documentation of existing structures, buildings or monuments.
- Photographic documentation of the construction process.
- Land surface modelling.
- Volume calculations in quarries.
- Volume calculations for material loads, site excavations, embankments, etc.
- Bird's eye view photos and videos.
The works are carried out in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No.325 "Regulations on Latvian Building Standard LBN 305-15 "Geodetic Works in Construction"" and No.335 "Regulations on Latvian Building Standard LBN 005-15 "Engineering Survey Regulations in Construction""
